Drawings, Paintings, Print work, Digital Images, Collaged Imagery and Sculptures from published drawings, photos or photos of any pieces of artwork and or type:

100% of the imagery and the composition should not be recognizable in any capacity of the previously published drawings or photos utilized.

Using artwork of any type, (drawings, photos, digital images, etc…) from any internet site without completely altering the imagery for reproduction, is unacceptable.

Changing the color or placement of a subject and or subject matter does not constitute permissible and is still in violation of copyright infringement.

Photography:

100% of the imagery within the composition should not be recognizable in any capacity of any previously published image, photo, and or digital image.

All photography willfully displayed in public should be orchestrated and generated by the artist.

All subject matter, lighting, staging (posing/posturing) and composition should be altered and or modified in a way that allows for no duplication of previously published artwork.
